West Basin Municipal Water District’s Water is Life Student Art Contest is still open from now until Friday, March 18th. 3rd – 12th grade students in the West Basin service area are eligible to participate in this program, where they can inspire their community to conserve water during this drought. Students that submit their artwork have the chance to win one of fifteen Apple iPads!
